RETURNS:

All our products have a satisfaction guarantee for the first 5 calendar days during which you can return or exchange your product at no cost.
Within the next 25 days you can return your product due to a factory defect. The defect will be analyzed by our quality department to validate the refund, but the cost of return shipping will be at your expense.
$150 will be charged for returns of customized products. This is due to the part exchange we need to make.
